Return Policy

We gladly accept returns or exchanges of any item for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. All items must be in new condition with all tags attached and/or original packaging. Exchange will be made upon receipt of the item you wish to exchange.Refunds will be issued as soon as item is received by us. Please note we do not refund shipping fees.

Delivery Fees

All deliveries are dispatched with Fastaway Couriers. As delivery is made by courier, deliveries cannot be made to PO Box addresses.

Small orders (10 items or less) within the local Townsville region receive free delivery.
Large orders (10 items or more) within the local Townsville area are charged at $8.00 per order, and $11 per order for surrounding districts.

Orders to anywhere else in Australia are accepted but please contact us for a delivery quote prior to placing your order.
